What if I would like to add a Gift Certificate to my Balloon in a Box gift? What gift certificates do they offer and how can my loved one redeem them? Gift certificates are available in $25, $50 and $100 denominations. Give the gift that's always appreciated - the freedom to choose. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates are available from national chains: Harry & David, Hickory Farms, Honey Baked Ham, Super Wal-Mart, Bath & Body Works, KB Toys, Sears, Home Depot, Target, Sports Authority and BlockBuster Videos and can be redeemed at any of these offline merchant locations. What do the Postal Letters say? If I don't want to use a Pre-Written Greeting, can I write my own? Each letter is personalized and individually written. You may also add your own touch to the Personalized Letter. You may also choose to add use your own greeting in the space provided on the order page.

When will the Balloon in a Box arrive? * * Orders that come in before noon EST, will be sent out the same day via Fed Ex Ground, free of charge, unless otherwise specified by you. We suggest upgrading to Fed Ex Overnight, 2-Day or 3-Day to ensure delivery on your desired delivery date. No shipping or delivery on Saturday or Sunday. Is it safe to order using Gram-Crackers.com's secure online order form? Credit card information is verified in real-time to prevent fraudulent use. There is no way to gain unlawful access to your credit card information as it is never saved on our servers. Gram-Crackers.com uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, the best available secure transaction technology. All sensitive data is encrypted before being sent over the Internet. If you wish to use another method to order, there other options available on our order page (fax, postal).

When will my Postal greeting arrive? (This does not apply to Santa Letters) Letters are sent the same business day if ordered before 2pm EST or within one business day after if the order is received after 2pm EST, unless otherwise specified by you or if there is a specific national holiday involved such as Valentine's Day. Please allow up to 14 business days for international letters (addresses outside the US) to arrive.

Will letters ordered for recipients in the same household get the same greeting? Gram-Crackers.com will try to make sure that no two recipients living at the same address will receive the same letter. (Gram-Crackers.com will use a different type of stationary for each letter ordered for the same address provided the letters are ordered on the same day)

Will Gram-Crackers.com share my personal information with anyone? No! Gram-Crackers.com respects the privacy of everyone!

What if we are not satisfied with our gift? Gram-Crackers.com has a money back guarantee... if your loved one was not completely surprised and delighted simply send an email with the invoice number of the order and Gram-Crackers.com will refund the full amount!

Letters are sent the day of or day after the are received (This does not apply to Santa Letters). Orders for the postal letter received after the cut off date cannot be guaranteed for delivery before the Holiday. You may choose when the Balloon in a Box may arrive. If you are sending both the letter and the Balloon they may arrive on different days. International orders for the postal letter (addresses outside the U.S.) must be ordered 14 business days before the desired delivery date.
