We are currently shipping most Balloon in a Box orders within one business day. Orders that come in before 12:00 noon EST, will be sent out the same business day (Monday - Friday) unless the arrival date you have chosen requires us to wait.  **Orders are sent either Federal Express (Fed Ex), USPS GROUND SHIPPING (Free of charge) unless otherwise specified by you. When choosing shipping methods, we are recommending upgrading to Overnight, 2-day or 3-day Shipping depending on the day of your order to ensure prompt delivery by your desired delivery date. You will receive an email the day your gift is sent with your shipping tracking number and your final shipping charges.

(Ground Shipping is not a time guaranteed shipping method) If the timing is not satisfactory, we offer other methods of shipping (pricing below). The chart below illustrates estimated shipping times if your gift is sent with the included Fed Ex or Airborne shipping. (Please remember to exlude weekends when estimating shipping time and/or transit times- Ground shipments do not include weekend days in the estimated transit time.)

** Please note: In some cases, the US Postal Service is used to ship gifts when necessary. We do not ship to PO Boxes or to International addresses (addresses outside of the USA). No Saturday or Sunday shipping,transit or delivery. Credit cannot be given for shipments unable to be delivered by delivery date, due to businesses being closed, recipents not being present, shipper delays or for any upgraded shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: We are very timely in helping our customers with their delivery dates and most of the time gifts arrive according to the estimates below. However, if you require a guaranteed delivery date you must upgrade your shipping. This is a policy that all customers agree to during the order process. If you reverse your credit card charges without contacting us first, you will be charged an additional $30.00 fee on the credit card provided during the order process. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS if you choose to send your gift via ground shipping, and your delivery date is not met. Each customer agrees to this and all policies on this shipping page during the order process.
