Balloon in a Box
ordered before 2pm EST time will be
shipped the following business day via
UPS Ground, free of charge, unless
otherwise specified by you. We suggest
upgrading to UPS Overnight, 2-Day or
3-Day to ensure delivery on your desired

Letters
are sent the day of or day after the are
received. You may choose when the
Balloon in a Box may arrive (please click
the "Shipping" link to learn
more about transit times). If you are
sending both the letter and the Balloon
they may arrive on different days. Please
allow up to 14 business days for
international letters (addresses outside
the US) to arrive.
