Can I see what my letter(s) will say after I fill in the online order form? Each letter is written individually, with TLC by Santa and the Elves. No two letters are alike- Santa also tries very hard to make certain that children within the same household receive unique letters and stationary. Is it safe to order using Santa's secure online order form? Santa's secure online order form is safe. If you wish to use another method to order, there other options available on our order page (fax, postal).

Will children from the same household get the same greeting from Santa? Santa and his elves will check their list twice to make sure that no two children living at the same address will receive the same letter. (Santa will use a different type of stationary for each letter)

We received some of our childrens letters but not all of them- What should we do? Santa, Mrs. Claus and the Elves want to make sure children within the same household each get a different letter! Sometimes these letters get separated at the post office and can arrive on different days- sometimes even 4-5 days apart. Please wait a few days to allow all letters to arrive.(**Please note: Santa cannot guarantee that the US Postal Service can be as timely as he is!)

Will Santa or his elves share my personal information with anyone? No! Santa and his elves respect the privacy of everyone!

If I ordered a letter in July, August, September, October or early November when will Santa send the letter to my loved one? When will it arrive? Santa will begin to submit the letters to the US Postal Service on 12/1/06 to ensure timely Holiday delivery. The North Pole US Post Office is an extremely small station and each postmark is applied BY HAND. Due to heavy traffic at this US Post Office, letters can sometimes sit there for several days to a week before being processed. It can sometimes take 3-4 weeks from the date the letters are submitted to the US Postal service for letters to arrive! Letters are sent in phases according to the date they are ordered, beginning with those letters ordered in July, August, September and October. Please allow a little extra time for the letters to arrive as the North Pole US Post Office is very busy during the Holiday season. Orders received after 11/30/06 cannot be guaranteed for delivery before Christmas. International orders (addresses outside the U.S.) cannot be guaranteed for delivery before Christmas if ordered after 11/1/06.

What if it is after 12/01/06 (11/15/06 for addresses outside of the USA) and I would still like to order a letter? Will it get there on time?Letters ordered on or after 12/01/06 will be written with TLC and delivered to the US Postal service with one business day of the receipt of order. However, each letter is postmarked by hand (by US Postal Workers) within this particular post office... Although most letters ordered up until 12/15/04 should arrive before the holiday, orders received after 11/30/04 cannot be guaranteed for delivery before Christmas due to how busy The US Postal Service is during the Holiday Season. International orders (addresses outside the U.S.) cannot be guaranteed for delivery before Christmas if ordered after 12/01/06.

What if we are not satisfied with Santa's Letter and gifts? Santa has a money back guarantee... if your loved one was not completely surprised and delighted simply send an email with the invoice number of the order and Santa will refund the full amount!
